- Our Warranty period is of one year on the technical parts with the exception of wear parts such as tires, belt, gears in the motor, lights, etc. There’s also warranty period of 6 months on the battery. There is no warranty on broken parts.
- In case of damage, Please inform us in case you miss any parts in the package within 2 working days. Missing parts mentioned within 2 working days will be offered for free of charge.
- Have received a damaged product? – Send us an email with at least 3 pictures within 3 working days.
